New painting. I was having trouble finding inspiration, when I took a page from Batman. take what you're afraid of and make use of it.

This is from a digital photo, so the colors are a little off, and it needs sharpening in a few places, but otherwise, it's pretty much as I painted it, I think.

I bet it changes on different monitors, though. Faugh. Heh.

Anyway. I worked probably about 20 hrs or so on this, I'd think, which is really neither here nor there, but I figured I'd put that out there.

I might sell her, if I can find anyone who would actually want her.

I'm hoping to increase the glowy in my next piece without going overboard, since I'm actually painting a goddess. :)

Cool, I love all the subtle colors in this painting. That's a hard effect for me to achieve with paint! Really love the different colors blended into her skin. :heart:
